At Tapyard, we want you to have a great experience. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Drinks Refund Policy
Time Frame: Refund requests for drinks must be made within 10 minutes of purchase.
Condition: Please bring the item back to the bar, whether it’s partially consumed or not.
How to Request a Refund: Return to the bar with your item and let our staff know the issue. We’ll either replace it or give you a refund on the spot.
Event Ticket Refund Policy
As an event organiser, Tapyard is committed to fair and transparent practices regarding ticket refunds.
If an event is going ahead as planned:
Refunds will not be offered.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or has changed location:
Cancelled Event: You are entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket.
Rescheduled Event: You can choose to keep your tickets and attend the rescheduled date.
If you cannot make the rescheduled date, you are entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket.
Location Change: You are entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket.
Automatic Processing of Refunds: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refund requests will be processed automatically.
