With a clear vision in mind and after many disheartening viewings back in our hometown of Leeds, we stumbled upon Warehouse 34 through an online ad in February 2023. Half-joking, half-serious about starting a new life in a new city, we jumped in the car and sped up the A1.

With all our eggs firmly in one basket, we immediately saw the potential and decided to relocate further north, hoping to secure our dream premises. By September, the keys were in our hands, and by November, the doors were open.
